Sounds good, so how do I re-heat my food items from BARISTA@HOME: All our oven-ready food items are packaged in paperboard / PET construction carriers which allow for safe reheating in the oven at temperatures of up to 220°C for a maximum of 30 minutes. Where indicated on the heating instructions, just place the container onto a baking tray and place into a preheated oven. These boxes are equally safe for use in microwaves. Microwave food items are packaged in cardboard or clear plastic containers with lids for safe reheating in the microwave. We recommend you loosen the lid to allow air to escape during the cooking process & that you stir contents half-way through to ensure even heating throughout. Always allow food to sit for at least one minute after heating & before removing the lid.

How do I store my BARISTA@HOME products: All our meals should be kept refrigerated until required, bring them out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking to allow the products to come to room temperature, prior to cooking, all products should be consumed within 72hrs from date of purchase & reheated only once.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance it is important that you let us know when your order is placed so we can ensure your meal is safe for you to eat, please advise us of any food allergies or intolerances in the message section of your order & we will prepare your meal accordingly, we will call you back with any queries or concerns regarding the items you have ordered - especially if they are not suitable for your dietary requirements.

Is my @HOME meal packaging environmentally safe? At BARISTA@HOME we are committed to using Earth-friendly food packaging, using the best paper/cardboard/recyclable takeaway boxes & containers. All our packaging products are suitable for the re-heating method we advise. All our carriers can be recycled after use; thanks to the paperboard / PET or PP materials we use. Please make sure that the empty food cartons are free from heavy soiling, as grease & oil can contaminate the recycling process. Simply wash & rinse in soap & water before placing into the appropriate recycling bin.
